From concept to completion, La Gaviota was designed to maximize light, space, and connectivity. The villa’s open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas seamlessly flow to the outdoors, creating a natural link between internal and external spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows, roof terraces, and south-facing orientation ensure light-filled rooms and stunning views. Outdoor spaces were carefully planned to support both leisure and family life.
Project highlights: Location: Marbella, Spain Highlights include a 12m x 8m heatable infinity pool with jacuzzi, children’s pool section, sun decks, alfresco dining areas, outdoor kitchen, firepit, landscaped lawns, and a private basketball area. Every element was designed with attention to detail, quality materials, and long-term durability in mind. The sleeping arrangements reflect thoughtful family-oriented design. Downstairs features three bedrooms, while upstairs houses two family suites, each with roof terraces offering distant sea views. This layout demonstrates careful planning to accommodate multiple generations and extended family living. Location and access were key considerations, with a private driveway for 8+ cars and an electric gate ensuring security and convenience. Proximity to Marbella, Puerto Banus, and Estepona also informed the design, creating a home that is connected yet private.
